Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Claim Requirements
To process your claim, please provide the following:
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Clear pictures of the product and the defect or issue.
Retain the original packaging for items damaged during shipping, as it may be required for the claim process.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Claims are typically reviewed within 1-3 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
Exclusions and Conditions
The product must be unused, and all original tags and packaging must be included when filing a claim for a replacement.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking information provided to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance in such cases.
